need saturated fats

so i’ve been getting 300+ grams of protein a day for years and well now beef went from 4$ a pound to 15$ a pound

my protein was from beef and eggs

bout to switch to 2lbs of air fried chicken breast a day but i still need fats

any recommendations?

i could gain muscle on low carbs but lose all kinds of muscle mass on low fats

thinking about adding cheese, bacon

i looked at the anabolic meal thing where you can make the chicken sandwich but in all honesty you think bread is the same as potato or yams? and that a chicken breast which has more poly than mono fats can be as anabolic as beef? what a joke…

anyways that’s the deal until beef prices because somewhat affordable again.
