I've searched through the forums and researched online, and I'm having no luck finding a MRP that uses only complex carbohydrates. I've tried grinding up oats, but I don't like the taste, and I work at a fast-paced job where I only have a few minutes to eat. Any advice would be greatly apreciated about where to find complex carbohydrate powders or MRPS.
