Nutrition Section Regulars: What is your training split?

I'm curious what all the regular folks here do for lifting schedule etc.

Personally I usually lift 3 days on / 1 day off / repeat


I was doing upper/lower for a while, but I found doing intense chest and back movement in the same session to be very taxing and difficult to fit into my schedule. It takes me about 60-70min to get through a proper chest/shoulder/tricep session and adding back/biceps was just too much.

What do you all do?
