TDEE = BMR + NEAT + TEF - EAT (Yes, MINUS EAT)

When I stopped exercising, my TDEE went up at least 2000 calories per day.

I suspect this is because I was no longer compensating for the exercise by down-regulating other contributing factors.

Most notably, I noticed that I had way more food in my gut (I was full of shyt).

This will only work if you're full of shyt... but it's a reliable method for weight loss.

Trust me.
