Hey, i was thinking about my fat intake and i need advice. I never bulked or cutted, i just eat around maitenance calories and i build muscle from there, without getting fat. I follow intuitive eating, i dont count calories, just protein intake. I just looked at my foods that i eat daily and i have pretty low fat intake, around 50g of fat daily (im 190cm tall and i weight 82 kg). I feel normal, but my question is, if its ok to have this amount of fat, because everyone i know is a lot higher than this, or if its too low for general health and i should add more fats to my diet ?
