suggestions

Hi-

I just started a new part time job 2x a week. I work anywhere from 4-9pm or 5-10pm.

I am crazy hungry when I get done w/my shift & sometimes end up eating too much of unhealthy foods. Plus I don't think it's a good idea to eat that late at night (till I get home it can be agter 10 pm).

I also am challenged with irritable bowel syndrome so don't like to eat too much food before my shift.

I don't get a lunch or a break. Does anyone have any suggestions to help with this situation? Thanks. :-)
