Hi All, i took a long time of working out around 2 years. I packed on a belly and now weigh 11 stone - 154 pounds as of this morning.
I am 5 ft 8 23 years old male, arms measure at 13.5 flexed.
I recently started lifting weights again but i keep changing my mind as im very uncertain where to start when it comes to diet. would really appreciate an opinion from you :)
Pics are below. i estimate around 25% bodyfat from the love handles shown on the pic of my back.
Workout routine is currently low rep high weight full body 3 x a week as i am cutting atm but feel like i need to gain muscle before i start a cut. What do you all think
