Hi all,
I'm 30 years old and recently joined a kickboxing gym. Classes are a mix of high intensity cardio and weight lifting and I go 2-3x a week. I used to be more physically fit in my early twenties, where I did kickboxing and weight lifting 4x a week. I'm still getting back into it and I'm *so* out of shape.
My question is, what is the best nutrition plan that can sustain my energy/aid in losing weight/tone? I love carbs and I want to ensure a lifestyle change where I'm not hungry and reaching for refined carbs all the time.
What calorie goal should I be reaching for, and what macros group should I cut down on?
Thank you!
