Hi I’m Chris. I’m 29 I got diagnosed with irritable bowel syndrome and in the last 4 months seen decrease in muscle and weight, Ive always been physical laborer, i recently stopped being a mover but still delivering high end beds that are heavy heavy, I lift and run still, I was told by doctor that I have to eat an all plant based diet and I have been except for 2 steaks I sacrificed for. I weighed 217 in June and now I’m 208, I was toned and now it’s softer, I feel sluggish, but I’m trying to be 235lbs, cut, with 7% or less body fat. Does anyone have some advice for me, I’ve looked at some places but they want me to pay for meal plans and stuff, Health and Nutritional Information, Plans, and Education should be freely shared for the benefit of our community’s health. So please if anyone could help Being heavily physically active and lifting is imperative in my life it is my tool I’ve used as a kid that controls and helps my mental health condition, its all that works for me and is my biggest constant progression in life, I have to physically push myself past body’s strength and physical limits, and after I do I push past again and again otherwise I have issues. Please help!!!!
