So I always been one too work extra hard in the gym pushing myself to failure often. Im just a beast in the gym it's just how I am. But it backfires when I land myself in overreaching phases often and im forced to have to change up my routine into rest & recover mode. Overreaching is great if you can time it right & have experience but my problem is nutrition see i am eating the right foods just not enough I don't think I find myself irritated untill I eat a big ass meal of a variety of different proteins and nutrients but even than don't feel its enough for how hard i work i have an obvious reason why simply because I never been one to track calories, protein ,carbs or even know how too now im realizing i have to do something because I sm deep into muscle building its my life style. By the way im about 145 pounds lean, muscle & 10.3 body fat and I am looking to put on as much muscle & definition as possible. I need help how much do I need to eat??
