I started running for the first time in my life during my last cut in an attempt to burn some extra calories and enable me to eat more food for the same deficit, I only planned on doing this while i was cutting but to my surprise i have come to actually enjoy running which i never imagined would happen.
With that in mind i am going to be soon transitioning from cutting to slowly gaining again and i am wondering if running really has an impact on gaining muscle? Has there been any studies on this? Assuming you eat enough food to gain weight will running daily have any effect on muscle gain? Is there a weekly millage or anything considerd safe before muscle gain is effected or anything like that?
