I'd like to know if you know any foods containing slow-release proteins that do not have casein; I'm tired of breaking out so often.
I feel like I consume a lot of casein throughout the day, I eat greek yogurt, cottage cheese, and I drink a casein protein shake before bed to advantageously make use of the slow-releasing of protein.
I want to be able to achieve this without casein to avoids breakouts, are there any foods that have the same or similar effect as casein? If not, do you think that if I completely remove dairy from my diet (asides from the shake before bed), my problem could be resolved?
