Pre-jog Carbs?

Greetings!

I want to start jogging for a little bit (either in the morning or evening), but I'm not certain what to eat prior to jogging and how long I should wait to jog after eating. I'm trying to gain weight (currently at 93 lbs) and have read not to do too much cardio, but I would like to jog as a warm up. Could someone give me an idea about what to eat that's not too heavy and how long should I wait after eating? I read that carbs are good for energy, but I'm not certain which foods to select. Help would greatly appreciated!
