Setting up nutrition for a new program

I've been on a beginner training program for around 3 years stopped seeing progress so moving onto an intermediate program.

The one i have seen is an upper/lower split, 4 days a week.

i cant seem to find a guide on my nutrition for this program and wonder if someone can guide me. i currently am

41 years
26% body fat
5'6 ish 180lbs
1700 calories 160 pro, 50gms fat and rest on carbs
target is to reduce fat

Does this seem right or could anyone give me any guidance on how to structure this for this particular program?
