Bulking and feeling extremely lethargic

Hey everyone I have been on a body recomposition plan for the last 16 months. Lost 80lbs and had a fantastic result. Now I’m onto the bulk phase for about 2 months. The issue I’m having is feeling extremely sleepy and tired all the time. My diet is on point I’m eating 6.5oz of protein 5 times per day with 150grams of jasmine rice. 4tbsp of natural peanut butter and 4 scoops of protein daily. Also I’m working out hard 4-5 days per week.

No matter how much sleep I get I’m feeling so tired and sleepy all day it’s hard to function. Is this normal when bulking
