"High" being a relative term, of course. When I say high, I mean more than what I've found so far, which is Unsweet Original Silk, Almond. This stuff is a reasonable milk analog as far as taste goes, but it has only one gram of protein per cup and less than one gram of fiber.
If these manufacturers are going to give me a milk substitute, at least come close to the protein content of real milk and if it's going to be plant-based, why not make it with a lot of fiber?
I live in a very small town (less than 1000 people) and the closest big town (population about 10,000) is an hour drive from here. We have one grocery store here that's probably slightly larger than your local convenience store. They only had Silk. I'm actually shocked they had that.
