Hello guys ,
Just wanted to ask how many grams of omega 6 should I eat per day not being deficient,
I eat 30 grams almonds per day
Olive oil which is not that high on omega 6
3 eggs
And I cook always with olive oil ,so pls don’t tell me you don’t need to look omega6 because we overconsume them ,I don’t I think for that I want your help pls if it’s ok those foods or I will develop deficiencies.
I take also 2 grams fish oil which is pure omega 3 .
