I'm a morbidly obese guy, 136kg for 1m75, with a lean body mass of 65kg.
with 1.7g of protein per kg, I need 100g of protein per day for bodybuilding.
If I only take whey isolate, which had 120cal and 25g of protein per scoop, a total of 4 scoops of whey isolate will hit my target.
If I add daily multivitamins and all the necessary electrolytes, will this diet sustain me, as theoretically I'll be having all the micro nutrients and proteins needed, while I get meet my caloric needs from my fat?
