Fantastic overview of the problems with the constrained model of TDEE

Some of you will remember great arguments in this forum about this topic over the years.

Additive model of TDEE - as you increase your physical activity, your TDEE increases the same amount as the extra calories you burn with the physical activity
Constrained model of TDEE - you get some increase in your TDEE initially with increased activity, but this reaches a plateau and you don't get further increase beyond this

This review deconstructs pretty much all of the data/arguments for the constrained model and shows why it is likely not correct. They also conclude that the additive model is not fully correct, and reality lies somewhere in the middle, which is what many here intuitively have believed for a long time.
