So I weighed in over the summer at 14.1% body fat at 144lbs including 125lbs if lean body mass. Today I was weighed in at 141lbs at 15.8% body fat as well as 119lbs of muscle. I was eating approx 1700 calories prior when I was shredding. I added calories to more of a maintence level/slow bulk at 1950 calories. How did I lose so much muscle while gaining fat and losing weight? Are my macros all messed up? Not sure where to go from here. I thought I was in track but now feel like I wasted 4 months. Need help where to go from here or how to correct this
