I am 34 years old and weigh 145 pounds. I exercise about 5 times a week doing weights for 20-30 min and at least 3 days I run 2 miles after. For the past month I’ve been tracking all my food. My calories I’m targeting is 1610 and broken up as 150 protein, 140 carbs, and 50 fat. I eat good most days but for example on Christmas had a slice of pumpkin pie but still put in MyFitnessPal and didn’t go over calories for the day.
I am unsure why I am not losing weight. My Fitbit says I burn 2300-2700 calories a day. I don’t want to drop my calories too much further since it wouldn’t be sustainable.
Should I up the protein and cut more fat? I feel the protein is pretty high though at 150.
