I wonder if I should stop eating these, are they unhealthy? I find these more convenient than cooking chicken breasts cause you can just keep a box in your freezer and then just put one or two in the toaster oven when you're hungry.
Also they make pre-cooked and uncooked versions, is the pre-cooked one less healthy or it doesn't make a difference?
