200 calories

Hi,

I changed my breakfast which now consists of 200 more calories than before. I noticed that I suddenly have progression in my strength every time I go to the gym. Previously i barely made any progress. Even if my strength is increasing my weight is somewhat stable. I was wondering if I hit a sweet spot where i burn fat and gain muscle and the same time?
