Massive water retention mid-workout/post workout any advice ?

I tend to sweat a ton when working out and get thirsty so drink about a 2 litres of water during workout.

Around mid-way I notice I start to bloat up puffy/water bloat and this remains for the rest of the day... I then wake up about 2/3 times through the night and must release about 2/3 litres easy.. and looks slim in the morning.

Is there a reason I'm holding it while others seem to be able to drink and not bloat up like i do ? Is it the intensity that I train/cortisol ? Would love to get this under control.
