Hello,
I'm trying to figure out what I should buy my girl friend after she asked me to buy her a book "that has health meal recipes but helps with calorie amount..." She never asks for anything, so I know she's really trying and she loves to read so I think there will be some connection there for her. She's against getting a trainer + nutritionist right now, I think its because she doesn't like where she is, so she wants to feel better/more confident before she makes that step.
Can someone recommend me some books that help with preparing healthy meals that also has some form of Calorie #'s associated with the meals? Or is there a book that really breaks down a lot of different foods in one book? I've never used a book for counting calories or for getting meals, but like I mentioned I think reading will make her feel more "comfortable" and help her understand certain things.
And I'll tell you now... she's nowhere near out of shape but she's hit a down spout for sure.
Thanks in advance hope everyone is well.
*I also take some pointers for supplements too for her, I'm not really familiar with the female side of it all haha*
