Is it typical to have exterme rock bottom leptin levels when about 13% BF? my leptin in a blood test was 0.7ng/dl and i have had exteme difficulty losing body fat. i have had to fight tooth and nail against urges to eat and if i am at a 250cal deficit i feel like i'm starving.
