I just wanted to see what any of you thought.
I am in a calorie deficit everyday about 1,500 - 1,700 cals a day, I am on psych meds, which lower my BMR by about 20% but I have managed to lose 21kg / 46.2lbs in a year.
My body is now not wanting to lose anymore weight, I now weigh 95.2kg / 209.8lbs, I have been on creatine for about a month, have loaded it in the first week.
Any ideas how to continue to lose more weight?
Workout terms, I am doing 35 minutes of HIIT every morning and 4 evenings a week do resistance work.
