Eating every two hours, bad for you?

Hello.

I've been reading a lot about optimal ways to consume meals through the day and there seems to be a lot of opinions on the internet that eating every two hours is bad for you. However, most of these are based on the idea of gaining weight. I've been eating every two hours (breakfast, second breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner and then an approximately 12 hour fast) for a couple of years now and am not gaining weight. Reading all these negative comments about eating every two hours I am now worried that this might not be optimal for my health... Should I just reconsider how I am eating?
