I've been grilling boneless chicken thighs that I liberally marinate in Greek yogurt plus seasonings. I cook the chicken until it is done, not until it is well done. Does the protein in the yogurt maintain its bioavailability? This is my first post in a long time in this forum that legitimately relates to nutrition.
