Hello everyone, i need to ask something. Im on a lean bulk, building muscle with minimum fat. I have no problem to hit fats/carbs, but i have little bit problem with protein. Im eating daily 0.8g/lb of protein. My question is, if i can count towards it protein from sources like oats, peanut butter, rice etc. or it must be just animal proteins ? It would be really helpful if i can count my carbs/fat sources like oats, PB etc. to that daily protein intake, but i dont know if its not that bad for building muscle. Thanks for answers
