Hi,
I have concluded my first bulk/cut cycle. Did not get as lean as I hoped however, I know where I failed. That being said, I have never been this lean, weighing that same now as I did before the bulk.
Now that I will be increasing calories again, I am trying to get a better understanding on the macros that one should consume. Most sources suggest a range based on body weight.
How important is it that you stick to a fixed number as long as one stays within the range?
Also, how fast is recommended reversed dieting speed?
