So, friend of my does 1x1 coaching/owns his own Crossfit training business he runs out of his garage.
Invited me over today to try a workout.
Was very short... some kind of 4-round circuit with deadlifts, jump rope, box jumps, and something called 'v-ups'...
It was actually really fun.
Much, much harder than I thought.... but... actually very fun...
Don't knock it till you try it I guess... am I less of a man now?
