I’ve started training in June after the lockdown again as I gained some weight. I had about 6 month training experience prior. I try to eat the same everyday with very little variation or exceptions.
As for me I am 190cm, 18 years old, currently 94kg (down from 95).
As to what I eat;
Overnight oats:
100g oats
250g low fat milk
35g whey
150g frozen berries
718kcal; 95.3g carbs; 48.5 protein; 11.2g fat
Fajita:
150g uncooked jasmin rice
166g turkey (500g pack for 3 days)
A Tomato
One can of kidney beans
200g Salsa
1,141kcal; 178.8g carbs; 77.5g protein; 5.1g fat
Lowfat Quark(Magerquark in German):
500g Lowfat Quark
15g Whey
398kcal; 21.6g carbs; 71.6g protein; 1.8g fat
Overall: 2257kcal; 296g carbs; 198g protein; 18g fat
Btw I am going to the gym 4-5 days a week: Push Pull Rest Legs Rest
