Bon Appetit: Rate my Dinner

I think I'm getting better. :)

Fresh salmon fillet flavored with salt, black pepper, thyme and dill on a bed of white rice with Asian vegetable mix cooked with salt, pepper, and a little butter.

It was a little tougher than I'd like last time I baked it, so this time I reduced the time and increased the heat: 400 degrees and 12 minutes. The faint beginnings of a white flaking on the edge, and still has a deliciously melty texture.

Satay sauce and fresh salmon are now on my list of foods I thoroughly enjoy and can thank this forum for encouraging me to try.
