300-500 more cals needed - ideas?

Macros are covered except I need more carbs

Meal 1
-4 Whole Eggs with 2 slices grain bread + banana/pb/milk shake

Meal 2
-8oz chicken breast / rice / hot sauce

Meal 3
-6-8oz steak with penne / marinara

Meal 4
-cottage cheese , oats/milk/berries

Looking for something quick and easy current diet is about 3k cals - 215 protein, 305 carb and 100 fat
