New to macro counting

So I'm 5'8 215. Lot of muscle, but about 25% body fat. I want to shift my focus to losing body fat, but I've never really done it. I did intermittent fasting a while back, lost a bunch of weight, but dumped a ton of muscle mass too. Now, I'm on the opposite end, where I have no issue packing on muscle, but I'm unhappy with the amount of body fat that's come with it. Hence why I'm now seeking help.

My goal is to get somewhere between 10-15% body fat, while minimizing the adverse effects on my muscle mass. I've come across conflicting guidance, doing my own research, so wanted to see what some others had to say.

So for the actual questions;
What's a good app/website for tracking purposes?
If anyone has similar body metrics, what would be a good recommended macro split?
If I manage to keep my protein intake high, can I afford to be aggressive with fat loss, without hurting my muscle mass?
Fat burners, yes or no?
