Amost set: does cardio count towards deficit?

Guys!

Thanks to you and the stickies I calculated TDEE, daily caloric intake and minimums if pro/fat. All I need to know now is whether this deficit includes cardio. In the sense that, e.g. my TDEE is 2,500kcal (I chose light exercise 1-3 days per week in the calculator). I am starting with a 500kcal deficit to cut. Do I include the 200kcal cardio activity 3x per week towards the 500kcal deficit? As in, on cardio days, I eat only 300kcal less and on non-training days I eat 500kcal less?
