Hi everyone
I was just wondering how many grams of protein do I need daily for optimal muscle development. Currently I am on 1g/lb of bodyweight .I've been lifting for about four years, lean bulking the entire time and I am 5'9" weighing around 175lbs.I normally post on /fit/ but their advise doesn't always seem to be sound so I came here for a better source of info.
Sorry if this topic doesn't warrant its own thread, I wasn't quickly able to find one specifically dedicated to protein intake and I am very inexperienced in general when it comes to the BB forums so I wasn't able to find it.
