Fasted training - shake or meal after ?

Hello, i have just quick question. I do 16/8 intermittent fasting. I train fasted in the morning 1 hour after i wake up, i train for 1,5 hours and after my training, its time for breaking fast and my first meal. I just dont know what is better, if there is even any difference. Is it better to have protein shake immediately after workout and then full meal like 1-2 hours after /OR/ can i just have nothing (just water) after training and my first big meal with protein and carbs like 1 hour post workout ? Do you think that its necessary to have protein shake right after workout if i train fasted, or is meal after 1 hour ok ? Thanks
