A few questions regarding flat muscles/glycogen depletion.

Hey guys I don’t know if this is the right section to ask about the topic but it seems to be the few active ones atm.

My main question is does being flat or completely glycogen depleted show a significant difference in overall muscle size? Will it affect measurements such as biceps by a lot?

Will others notice this loss of size?

Can one prevent it on a cut by eating an adequate amount of carbs?

How long does it take for the muscles to refill after a carb up?

Is it true that most of our muscles are composed mainly of water?
