Pot weighs 1090g
All my food + pot weighs 2266g
2266-1090 = 1176g, total weight of my food.
Total calories on my food is 3847 calories.
I weighed out everything I placed in the dish.
I take out 250g from the above as a portion to which I think will fill me up.
Now, would 250g/1176g =0.2125853413605 give me my portion size?
If the above is true then my total calories for one portion is 819 calories.
Am I doing this right or is it wrong somewhere?
I am asking this because, if true one portion would have 80g protein but I don't find satiated compared to when I eat 80g of chicken breast.
