I struggle to reach my caloric (2800) and protein requirements (180).
Generally i cant cook throughout the day so am stuck at 3 meals/day.
So i am looking for convenient snacks between meals to make up the difference.
I got recommended nuts, which don't need to be cooked and are calary dense, but i cant stand them.
Any good alternatives?
