i have a simple question that i need an answer to from someone who is an expert regarding workouts/nutrition
what happens if you are a beginner skinny/skinnyfat and you start lifting/exercising without calculating calories or getting enough protein.
considering you are a complete beginner and you haven't lifted or did any sort of bodyweight or resistance workout.
