Hey , i have a question. I train at the morning, i dont like to train with full stomach, so i have just banana, small bowl of oats with milk and like 1 hour after that i go train. Now i have 2 options, add scoop of protein to my breakfast or have just oats with milk and banana pre - workout and protein shake post workout. What do you think is better ? Do i even need protein pre-workout if i have carbs ? Thanks
