Nutrition to prepare for Army Selection

Having made an officer application, I know that once everything goes through I'll have fitness assessments to come. I want to be fully prepared for this, but am unsure as to the best nutrition, in terms of calories, I'll want to be eating in preparation.

Current Stats:
Height: 6.1
Weight: 182lbs
Body Fat: 17 - 18%

As I have a significant amount of body fat, I want to get rid of this and become fitter. However, I'm also aware that I need to build more strength. I've recently added cardio into my workouts, running longer distances and more regularly as I need to improve my cardio and endurance. So here is where I'm unsure on how much I should be eating. I don't want to bulk and put on more body fat, but I also don't want to be loosing strength, preferably increase my strength. As I'm running more too, I know that I'll need to be eating more, but I'm trying to find a good calorie amount that'll allow me to cut my body-fat and become fitter, while also not sabotaging muscle. Any advice? Thanks
