I am struggling to fit my homemade weight gain shake in during the day - I just don't fancy it after a large breakfast, snack and then my lunch. Is it a bad move to consume 650 calories at around 9pm at night? I know its important to have protein before bed and im already having a high protein yogurt (20g) as a snack before bed?
Everything I see online is very contradicting regarding eating at night with some saying its fine just hit your Macro's and other saying because your in bed not moving it could increase fat gain.
