HI! I've been trying to do my own macros but I'm not sure I have it correct. I'm 5'4" 181lb female. I'm trying to workout 3-4x/wk-walking/jogging, 20 min HIIT. My job is very sedentary. I want to lose weight fast. These are the numbers I got from IIFYM website and the meals I put together. I do prefer to eat the same thing to make my meal prep easier since I work long hours. I didn't exactly hit every macro on point but I got close. Do I have to hit it on point? Any thoughts about my meals and/or macro numbers? Thanks for taking the time to read this!!
