I'm new to this forum. However I have been struggling to lean out. I am a distance runner (running 50-70miles per week) and I just began lifting around 6-7 weeks ago. I have been lifting on a push-pull-legs split. I am trying to get as lean as possible (I look skinny-fat) so I have been consuming 1500-1700 calories a day and I am seeing no improvement in how lean I am. I am seeing some muscle growth as I am getting 150+ grams of protein a day. What should I do to get lean? I don't think I should drop my calories anymore. Male, 18, 5'8, 133lbs.
