Hi before lockdown I was 188lbs and had amazing gains that I worked years for. I've always had an issue with weight and not wanting to be 'fat', I think because all my family members are fat, not being mean just honest. They would agree haha. I was also fat as a child. During lockdown I broke my hand and also stopped eating and went down to 149lbs very quickly and while my abs look better than ever, my gains have suffered massively. I set a 3200 calorie diet and didn't weigh myself for 2 weeks and somehow managed to lose an additional 4 lbs with little exercise and was quite disheartening when I stood on the scales. Is there any explanation to this?
During this I have also do completely stopped drinking and substance abuse(not roids) but thought that was assist with weight gain.
Also I'm not 50 like profile says I'm 28 haha, I think this account is years old but never used. I'm also a 5'9 short ass.
