Wanted to get advice on whether I should bulk or cut. Not trying to compete any time soon but just want a good muscular physique with reduced stubborn fat on belly and lower back. I have no idea what my bf% is (my guess 14%?) and not sure if I should focus on adding muscle before cutting.
Been gyming for 2/3 years on and off
22 years old
